It's out:

Sick. Some of it obviously pre-rendered, but this is probably the first video that I've seen Master Chief showing an ounce of athleticism, as all previous incarnation told the story that he really doesn't need to be athletic or agile.

At first I couldn't say why I was drawn to this video game. I've always thought of Master Chief like Superman: dumb yet strong. And Cortana as his AI is easy on the eyes, but didn't really have an ounce of character (but what was I expecting, a convincing AI? :) The story? Eh, another sci-fi/fantasy novel that keeps the genre in shackles. The graphics and level design? Stunning, fun and challenging no doubt. The controls? Perhaps, as I've found the calibration of the analog joys perfect on start up. The NPC audio? Yeah, it was pretty good with Grunts screaming "He's everywhere!!" after you took out their friends. The music? Ah, bingo. The score is haunting and indicates grandeur, an epic depth there that would not have been obvious given some of the above distractions. And playing on Legendary for 14 hours straight makes it all the more ingrained.

Can I say that Halo 3 is the only, and real reason that I bought the 360?
